1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Dronehub website and, where incorporated into a transaction, certain dealings with Dronehub Ghana Limited.
Additional terms may apply to quotations, orders, training programmes, consultancy services, rental services, maintenance, software, warranties, demonstrations, tenders or other commercial engagements.
Where a signed contract, accepted quotation, purchase order or other written agreement contains specific terms inconsistent with these website Terms & Conditions, the specific written agreement will generally prevail for that transaction.
2. Website Information
Dronehub seeks to provide accurate and current information regarding products, services, specifications, availability and applications.
However, manufacturers may update products, specifications, software, accessories, compatibility, warranty terms and availability without prior notice.
Website information should therefore not be treated as a binding commercial offer unless expressly stated.
3. Quotations and Orders
Prices, configurations and availability may be provided through formal quotation.
Unless otherwise stated, a quotation is subject to availability and the validity period stated on the quotation.
An order becomes binding in accordance with the acceptance, payment or contractual requirements stated in the applicable quotation or agreement.
4. Product Availability
Dronehub supplies and supports professional and consumer drone products, payloads, accessories, software and related solutions.
Availability may depend on manufacturer supply, regulatory approvals, import requirements, stock levels, territory restrictions and logistics.
Dronehub may recommend an alternative configuration where the originally requested item is unavailable, discontinued or superseded.
5. Pricing and Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, prices may exclude applicable taxes, duties, delivery charges, insurance, regulatory charges, installation, training or other associated costs.
The applicable quotation or invoice should be consulted for the final commercial terms.
6. Payment
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or agreement.
Dronehub may require full or partial payment before ordering, reserving, delivering, installing or commencing services.
Failure to comply with agreed payment terms may result in suspension of delivery or services.
7. Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are based on available information and may be affected by manufacturer availability, customs, regulatory approvals, shipping, logistics or events outside Dronehub’s reasonable control.
Risk, acceptance and title arrangements will be governed by the applicable quotation or contract.
8. Inspection and Acceptance
Customers should inspect products promptly following delivery and report apparent discrepancies or damage within the period stated in the applicable transaction documents.
Acceptance procedures for enterprise, institutional or tender supplies may be governed by specific inspection, commissioning or handover requirements.
9. Regulatory Compliance
Drone operation is subject to aviation, safety, privacy, security and other regulatory requirements.
Unless expressly contracted otherwise, customers remain responsible for obtaining and maintaining licences, permits, registrations, operating approvals and other authorisations required for their intended operation.
Dronehub may provide regulatory or operational guidance, but such assistance does not replace formal approval by the competent authority.
10. Training and Safe Operation
Customers and operators are responsible for following product manuals, safety guidelines, local aviation rules, training recommendations and operational limitations.
Products should not be operated recklessly, unlawfully, outside authorised conditions or in a manner that creates unreasonable risk to persons, property or other aircraft.
11. Software and Third-Party Platforms
Certain products depend on software, firmware, cloud services or third-party platforms.
Use of those services may be subject to additional manufacturer or third-party licences and terms.
Dronehub is not responsible for independent changes, interruptions or restrictions imposed by third-party providers except to the extent specifically covered under an agreed support arrangement.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Dronehub website, branding, original written materials, training materials, graphics, layouts, documentation and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Dronehub.
Users may not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit or distribute Dronehub proprietary materials without appropriate permission.
Manufacturer trademarks, product images and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Website Resources
Brochures, technical specifications, guides and other downloadable resources are provided for information and legitimate business use.
Registration or submission of contact information may be required before certain resources can be accessed.
Users must not attempt to bypass technical restrictions, interfere with website systems or misuse downloadable content.
14. Warranty and After-Sales
Product warranty and after-sales support are governed by the applicable After-Sales & Warranty Policy, manufacturer terms and transaction-specific documentation.
Warranty coverage varies by product and does not automatically cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear.
15. Returns and Cancellations
Returns, cancellations or exchanges are subject to the applicable quotation, order terms, product condition, manufacturer policies and the circumstances of the transaction.
Special-order, configured, activated, licensed, customised or imported products may not be cancellable or returnable once procurement or activation has commenced, except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
16. Services
Consulting, training, surveying, mapping, inspection, maintenance, rental and other services may be subject to separate scopes of work, schedules, assumptions, exclusions and acceptance criteria.
The applicable proposal, quotation or service agreement will govern such work.
17. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate requirements, appropriate site information, authorised access, safe operating conditions and other information reasonably necessary for Dronehub to perform its obligations.
Dronehub is not responsible for delays or deficiencies resulting from materially incomplete, inaccurate or late customer information.
18. Third-Party Links
The website may link to third-party sites, including manufacturers, partners, video services, software providers and other resources.
Such links are provided for convenience and do not make Dronehub responsible for the independent content, security, availability or terms of those sites.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and subject to specific contractual commitments, Dronehub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from use of the website, product downtime, loss of business, loss of opportunity, lost profits, loss of data or reliance on general website information.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Force Majeure
Dronehub will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including natural disasters, transport disruption, government action, regulatory delays, supply-chain disruption, conflict, telecommunications failure or manufacturer shortages.
21. Privacy and Data Protection
Use of personal information is governed by Dronehub’s Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy.
22. Changes to These Terms
Dronehub may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in its business, website, services, regulatory requirements or commercial practices.
The current version will be published on the website.
23. Governing Law
Unless another governing-law provision applies under a signed contract, these website Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
